Deadline for submissions to the program is 2/16/20. The team picture is optional, please make your best effort to send your roster and picture so that your team can be included in our program.
3 rd Grade- An athlete must be in the 3 rd grade or below as of October 1, 2019 and can be no older than 10 on or before August 31, 2020
4 th Grade- An athlete must be in the 4 th grade or below as of October 1, 2019 and can be no older than 11 on or before August 31, 2020
5 th Grade- An athlete must be in the 5th grade or below as of October 1, 2019 and can be no older than 12 on or before August 31, 2020
6th Grade – An athlete must be in the 6th grade or below as of October 1, 2019 and can be no older than 13 on or before August 31, 2020.
7th Grade – An athlete must be in the 7th grade or below as of October 1, 2019 and can be no older than 14 on or before August 31, 2020.
8th Grade – An athlete must be in the 8th grade or below as of October 1, 2019 and can be no older than 15 on or before August 31, 2020.
NO EXCEPTIONS to the Age Group Rules.
Any age group that has to be combined will be an Elite Division and go by grade (3rd, 4th or 5th).
This year's tournament we will have 2 divisions in each age group: All-Star and Elite to ensure fair and even competition.
All-Star: This will be the lower level of competition. These teams must consist of players from an established league. Travel teams will not be participating in this group. If you believe your team can compete with the best of the best, you may want to sign your team up for the Elite division.
Elite: This division will consist the best of the best. Travel teams, AAU team, etc. will sign up for this division
We reserve the right to combine the All-Star with the Elite division or vice-versa if there are insufficient numbers in the division.
9 & Under, 10 & Under, and 11 & Under will use official women’s ball (28.5)
6th Grade, 7th Grade, and 8th Grade will use official men’s ball (29.5)
Game Time – 6 minute quarters
3 minute halftime
1 minute between quarters
3 minute overtime
Time-Outs – 2 Full, 1 30 second, per game
1 Full in overtime, No carry overs.
Court Size – All courts are regulation size
3 point goal for all divisions
3 second lane violation
The HOME team is responsible for providing a clock operator and the AWAY team is responsible for providing a score keeper for each game.

If more than 2 teams are tied, head to head will be dropped and we'll move to the next tie-breaker.

Ejection Policy: Any player who receives 2 technical fouls in the same game will sit out the next scheduled game. If a player is ejected for a second time, they are disqualified for the remainder of the tournament. Coaches are responsible for their players and parents/fans. Any Coach or parent/fan ejected for unsportsmanlike conduct must exit the building immediately and will not be allowed to return for the remainder of the tournament. NO EXCEPTIONS
All other rules will be governed by WVSSAC High School Rules.
Our tournament will consist of pool play. Each team is guaranteed 3 games minimum.
Awards will be presented to 1st and 2nd place teams.
Tournament registration will be at each of the tournament sites. You MUST check in with the site director before your fist game. All teams must present birth certificates and grade verification at check-in. No team will be allowed to participate until they register with the tournament director. NO EXCEPTIONS.
FEES AND DEADLINES

The tournament participation fee is $225 per team for all teams until February 16, 2020. Deadline for roster and team pictures is February 8, 2020. The entry fee is non-refundable.
